• Drawing maps of all the environmental study, based on data survey and statistical recollection.
• Achievements:
• Development of a circulatory alternative to the original proposals, suggesting other headers for the bridge.

Arch. Tomas Sprechman (Montevideo, Uruguay)  |  1985

• Design of a project for the proposal, stimulating the development of a hub for the city of Montevideo.
• Drawing the maps related to the proposed structure and movement of the city.
• Achievements:

• The book was widely accepted by government agencies, taking inspiration from it, and metropolitan policies were developed at the level of the Municipality of Montevideo.
